DispatchHealth Homepage Redesign // In an effort to quantify marketing tactics, the site become a critical channel for capturing traffic and converting visitors looking to request care.
In partnership with the Product Team, DispatchHealth’s Brand Team led strategy to create a seamless transition from the site to the self-scheduling project. The strategy was to better inform visitors, use imagery that’s more “on-the-nose” for our business concept, and create brand consistency with messaging on the site > product.
This approach strengthened the patient experience by surfacing common objections around insurance accepted, conditions treated, and locations serviced, information that was previously held on interior site pages.
